Victor is 48 years old, married to Virginia “Ginny” Griffin-Ortino. He's a father to two children, and also has two stepchildren and two grandchildren.

Andy Hall is a valued addition to the Victor Ortino for Collier County Sheriff campaign. Andy has completed a 25-year military career as a decorated naval aviator, serving in the Joint Staff’s National Military Command Center as Chief of Airborne Reconnaissance, as Operations Officer at both the Fleet and Wing levels, and as air squadron commanding officer. A veteran of Desert Storm, he holds advance degrees in National Resource Strategy as well as a MBA. Besides his extensive military career, Andy has held positions in publishing, teaching, and management. Some of his qualifications include:
